Hello everyone! I’m Barb and I started Projects Practice because I saw a need for learning resources that helps project professionals confidently manage their projects with finesse. I’ve been a project manager as long as I can remember, which has been a long time. I originally started my career as a healthcare provider in medical technology, and then I moved into information technology. And then after that, I started managing projects across all industries.
